Job Summary :
TempExperts is partnered with a thriving law firm for a Staff Attorney position. The ideal candidate must have a Florida Bar License and at least 2 years of litigation experience (Plaintiff or Defense).
Responsibilities:
- Drafting Discovery and Responses.
- Review and assessment of Medical Records, Depositions and other legal documents.
- Draft Medical Chronologies, Billing Summaries and Memorandum of Law.
- Drafting Reports.
- Covering Events as Needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Florida Bar License, and be in Good Standing.
- At Least 2 years of litigation experience (Plaintiff or Defense).
- Knowledge of State Court Procedures.
- Draft Summaries and Case Status reports, assist in the preparation of discovery, and prepare witness lists and exhibit lists.
- Tech Savyy in Word and Acrobat. Litify experience is a plus.
